LeadLearner was established in 2007, by Kari
Fisher/Gibson, Ed.D., a high school principal and former social science teacher.
The idea for starting a training and consulting service was formed when Kari
couldn’t find any specific support when she engaged in moving her school from
good to great.
LeadLearner is committed to supporting individuals and sites who want to
continually improve. This site is dedicated to sharing resources, experiences
and expertise with the end in mind; that of being a better leader or leadership
team.
Kari Fisher/Gibson, has served as a School Improvement Coordinator, Assistant
Principal and Principal at the high school level. She currently is a Educational
Services Director at the district level. She received her Masters in
educational management and Doctorate in educational and organizational
leadership from University of La Verne. She incorporates concepts from research,
coursework, conferences and workshops and practical experience as an administrator
as well as her own vision of learning.
