Personal philosophy of educational
leadership-
Here is what I believe:
- All of leadership is better done as a
team.
- Delegating, empowering, facilitating,
coaching, sharing and modeling make for better leaders.
- I didn't make it here by myself why
would I think I could (or would want to) do it by myself now?
- Learning and growth are inevitable;
embrace them.
- If no one is following or walking the
path with you, you are not leading.
- It is better to drive the change than
be driven by it
