Sample- Our School will be a professional learning community, where relationships are valued and nurtured, a culture of positive collaboration is promoted, and a structure of high expectations is established while student achievement for all students continually improves. Questions we then ask ourselves- What is the ‘one thing’ that I/we will focus on this year? What goal(s) have I/we set for myself/team/department this year? How will I know if I have met my goal(s)? |
